Finishing works and laying engineering utilities on the territory of the new production building, construction of which began in 2018, are nearing completion. The acceptance of the building in operation is scheduled for August of this year.
The new building is a production workshop with an area of about 1200 m² combined with a three-storey administrative and household building. The shop is equipped with a support crane with a 10-ton capacity, and there is also provided a warehouse with separate gates. In the near future, the existing assembly site with new equipment will be placed here. The site will allow to quickly adapt production processes to the current needs of the SkyWay company-developer.
Creation of new production facilities is part of the plan to organize small-scale production of the SkyWay rolling stock and its components to support projects in the Middle East region, primarily in the United Arab Emirates. It will allow the SkyWay project organization to fulfill its current obligations to foreign partners on implementation of targeted projects on time and in full.
