The SKY WAY Capital delegation has visited the largest city in Nigeria, Lagos, and held talks on cooperation in the field of transport with the local and federal government, "This Day" publicationreports.

As part of the meetings held in Lagos, the SKY WAY Capital representatives spoke about the advantages of the string transport systems and the opportunities they provide, and also noted that the project is ready for implementation and is open for cooperation.

The road, connecting the largest city in Nigeria, Lagos, with the country's capital Abuja, was named as a possible route for the string transport.

The SKY WAY Capital Nigerian partner, Ayodele Adewale, former Chairman of the local government of Amuwo-Odofin district, noted:

“I believe there is the need for government to provide incentives for the company to move in their equipment because the project after its implementation will be a win-win situation for both parties."

Nigeria is one of the largest exporters of hydrocarbons in the world. It ranks eighth in the world and first in Africa in oil exports, and the country is among the leaders in the export of liquefied natural gas. Not so long ago, Nigeria emerged as the leader in gross domestic product among the African countries, ahead of South Africa. Recently, not only money from oil exports, but also foreign investments, in particular, from China, have been pouring into the country's economy: Since 2010, over $10 billion has been invested in the country's infrastructure and industry.
