A delegation of children from the Arab Parliament for Children and 65 elite youth from across the MENA Region visited the uSky Center.
The Arab Parliament for Children is a member of the League of Arab States and is based in the UAE. This institution is designed to nurture a generation capable of contributing effectively to the development of their communities. It helps to create a dialog between children, ministers and decision-makers in the United Arab Emirates, offering children everything they need to grow and develop, including their participation in society and contribution to building their country.
The uSky Transport team was happy to give a tour of uSky. The guests got acquainted with the tropical uCar, visited the control room, saw the uSky Transport Headquarters - the eco-friendly uHouse, and learned about uCity and uFlash.
uFlash is designed for intercity and international transportation on string-rail flyovers based on the innovative uSky rail. The uFlash was first unveiled at InnoTrans exhibition in Berlin before taking its place at uSky's Testing and Certification Center in Sharjah, UAE, as part of EXPO 2020.
The shape of the uFlash is dictated by high aerodynamic requirements. The cabin is equipped with ergonomic seats with adjustable backrests and cushions. The seats are also equipped with heating, ventilation, massage option and lumbar support. Displays with embedded multimedia system are integrated In the cabin: they provide real-time route view, as well as individual adjustment of the seats, temperature, lighting and emergency communication with the control room.
Overground transport has proven itself to be a safe and very promising transport. uSky Transport looks confidently into the future, continuing to create innovative and environmentally friendly vehicles that can become a serious competitor to traditional modes of transport and provide people with new opportunities to get around.
