Representatives of the transport industries of Nepal, Zambia and Uganda visited the uSky Testing and Certification Centre. These countries are developing countries and they face a number of transport problems affecting their economic development and the quality of life of the population.

The main transport challenges include:

  • Inadequate infrastructure: Insufficient roads, bridges, airports and railways can restrict the free movement of goods and passengers.
  • Poor road quality: Many developing countries face challenges in maintaining and upgrading their road infrastructure. This can result in poor road conditions, poor safety and longer travel times.
  • Dependence on road transport: In some countries, roads are the main and almost the only way to move goods and passengers. This can overload infrastructure and lead to additional problems.
  • Inaccessibility of sea and river ports: Some developing countries have limited access to sea or river routes, which may limit opportunities for international trade and logistics.
  • Lack of public transport: Some regions lack dependable and affordable public transport, which may lead to traffic congestion, high transport costs, and limitations for population.
  • Lack of transport safety: Lack of proper safety and regulation can lead to increased incidence rates and injuries.
  • Environmental problems: Outdated and uncontrolled modes of transport, such as old buses and trucks, can lead to air and overall environmental pollution.
  • Lack of technological innovation: lack of modern technology and innovation can make it difficult to improve the efficiency and sustainability of transport systems.

To overcome these problems, developing countries can focus on investing in infrastructure, public transport, innovative technology, ensuring road safety, and building international cooperation to improve their transport systems.

uSky Transport is creating a fundamentally new transport system that is eco-friendly, safe, comfortable and cost efficient in both production and operation. Application of uSky Transport and Infrastructure Solutions will give a powerful impetus to the improvement of public transport network, traffic regulation, promotion of environmentally friendly vehicles and development of intelligent transport systems.

The meeting ended on a positive note. The guests expressed their sincere gratitude for the fascinating tour of the uSky Centre. The parties said goodbyes with mutual hope for possible future development of uSky Transport on the vast African and Asian continents.
