On 29 September, in Kyrgyzstan, there was successfully held the Welcome Day «Asia LIFESTYLE SWC». The event attracted 300 people from different regions of the country: Osh, Batken, Suluktu, Nookat, Bishkek, Jalal-Abad, Kadamjay, Talas, Kyzyl-Kya and Ala-Buka.
At SWC Welcome Day, the participants were briefed on the company's key directions of focus and development plans by the company's top executives. This was the first event that the SWC team organised completely remotely, with on-site preparation of the event being handled by partners from Kyrgyzstan. This approach will enable similar events to be organised with step-by-step instructions in any region where SWC has partners.
The programme of the event included 3 blocks: presentation of the new SWC brand book, SWC community transformation, future flow on community building on the Adaptation and Training Platform by Alexey Sukhodoyev, SWC Board Representative; a leadership storytelling presentation «Life in SWC Style» by SWC Board Representative Irina Volkova; and a presentation «Millionaire Mindset» by international business trainer Asel Sydykova.
«By the end of the year, we want to lay the foundations of a “neural network” of our community in every successfully developing country in the SWC. And this event is the start of its effective work on Kyrgyzstan. People came from almost every region of the country — our top partners and simply the best of the best. We, as SWC, will do our best to give the tools to maximise scale, so that the nearest, first stream for Russian speaking people with mentoring on the Adaptation and Training Platform fully satisfies requests from Kyrgyzstan including,», — said Alexey Sukhodoyev, SWC Board Representative.
Alexey also personally rewarded 24 partners for achieving new statuses in the SWC partner programme.
Already the day after the event, new potential partners visited SWC Information Centre in Osh and listened to a presentation about the company.
The SWC team congratulates the Kyrgyz partners and the region's Curator leader, Patila Ismailova, on the successful event and looks forward to a more powerful result at a future event in Issyk-Kul.
