In the UST structure, there has appeared the long-awaited Targeted Project Preparation Department on behalf of SWC. It will be headed by Vladislav Volkov. Now, partners, existing and potential investors can contact this department directly regarding solving transport problems using the UST technology. A team of competent specialists will join the negotiations, collect all the necessary information, process it and draw up a comprehensive proposal with an engineering solution, implementation timeframe and project costs.
«The source of changes in the company is feedback from partners and investors. We regularly review all enquiries, make business decisions based on research, and try to provide you with everything you need to work successfully. We noted an increase in the number of requests for the development of targeted proposals. There have also been a number of cases when partners or investors, not knowing whom to approach, have started negotiating with potential customers on behalf of SWC or UST themselves. That has often resulted in the dissemination of incorrect information, which is unacceptable to the company. That is why it was decided to set up a Department for the Preparation of Targeted Projects to help partners, whose initiative we deeply appreciate».

Vladislav Volkov graduated from Saratov Technical University as a mechanical engineer. He worked his way up from a low-level employee to senior technician at the Böcker subsidiary in Belgium before moving to the head office in Germany. He has managed the technical departments of large Russian companies. In 2011, he organised a large-scale conference in St Petersburg and invited Jacques Fresco, the American industrial engineer, industrial designer and futurologist, author of «The Venus Project». It was at this event that Vladislav first heard about Anatoli Unitsky's second-level transport. Since then, he has been helping the UST technology to go global.
