It should be noted that we are talking about the completion of work on pouring concrete and finishing the facade. However, specialists from the main contractor Al Serh Al Kabeer have already started installing equipment in the future server and electrical areas.
The construction works have been going on for several months. More than 2,000 cubic meters of concrete were poured at both stations and more than 300 tons of high-strength steel reinforcement were consumed.
Discussion of works with specialists of Al Serh Al Kabeer
The constructed station and terminal can be attributed to the most important elements of the transport and infrastructure complex in Sharjah. It is on these structures that the main load from the 2.4-km prestressed rail-string track structure will fall.

The future track is intended for testing passenger Unibus and cargo Unicont, which is capable of transporting sea containers of 20 and 40 feet in size.
An equally important and demanding stage of work lies ahead for the project specialists: the installation of the track structure.
