Test works in the management of SkyWay rolling stock

Staff of SkyWay rolling stock department checked the operation of the vehicles' network equipment. The tests showed, that the on-board network is able to function even at the time of a breakdown.

The experts also checked the operation of the microclimate system. The tests were carried out on a specially designed bench for testing compressors. Further testing of the microclimate system will take place in a heat chamber. Tests will prepare SkyWay vehicles for use in tropical climates.

Now, the rolling stock department is optimizing the operation of the shock absorber, designed for emergency towing system of SkyWay transport. Improvements will help reduce the dimensions and the production costs of shock absorbing equipment.
