A reporter of this edition interviewed the management of the company-developer of SkyWay during EcoFest 2019, got a unique opportunity to assess string transport live and take a ride in several models of rolling stock. As the author notes, the driving performance is fully consistent with the previously claimed features: running smoothness, low noise level, comfort.
«The cabins are very quiet inside; you can easily speak without raising your voice. Motion goes on quickly and imperceptibly – there is practically no vibration. Meanwhile, they can reach speeds up to 100 kilometers per hour. By the way, 100 km/h for SkyWay unibuses is not the limit – just the length of the demo track at EcoTechnoPark does not allow to accelerate the capsules faster».
