Intermediate supports withstand a complex combination of loads and are subject to the highest requirements in terms of strength, durability, noise insulation, resistance to vertical and wind loads, static and dynamic loads, vibration and corrosion resistance.
With such set of requirements, control shall be carried out at every stage of manufacture, assembly and installation of the structure. This work is accomplished by the issuing of quality certificate. We have previously published information on the certificate obtained for the intermediate supports. The work carried out by TUV SW Standardisation Certifications and a detailed report on all key elements of the support structure are shown below:
- Galadari's documents for the intermediate support structures have been checked;
- Visual inspection of the intermediate support structures was carried out;
- Magnetic particle testing of intermediate support structures was carried out;
- The bolt tightening check was witnessed;
- Checked welders' qualification certificates and documents with welding procedure specification.
Today, uSky Transport announces the completion of the first stage of certification, the subject of which is our intermediate supports. These are the structures designed to ensure the required position of the uSky track structure.
