On the 2nd and up to the 8th October, there was held an exclusive prize tour to Belarus for the most successful Vietnamese partners who had won in stages 1 and 2 of the SWC Champions Challenge.
During the first days, the delegates visited the office of Unitsky String Technologies. They spoke to UST CEO Nadezhda Kosareva in person and presented a painting of Anatoli Unitsky against the background of the string transport. The office staff also received gifts — exotic fruits and coffee from Vietnam.
The partners also visited the production complex. The participants were given an extensive tour, shown the type of vehicles being prepared for testing and certification, and answered their questions. The visitors saw the main facilities: the string-rail flyover, the rolling stock, the station and the Museum of String Transport.
«We saw with our own eyes the production and the rolling stock in action, something we had only seen on videos and photos before. In the future, my like-minded colleagues and I plan to come here for sure. We want as many Vietnamese as possible to visit this place and show the world and Vietnam that this is a serious project, this is a real company with great potential» — shared his impressions Nguyen Van Tam, a leader of the Vietnamese partners.
One of the most anticipated events for the winners was the online meeting with Anatoli Unitsky. The creator of the technology answered the questions that the partners were concerned about and spoke about the development of string transport.
The guests showed great interest in the SWC 3.0 community presentation. Alexey Sukhodoyev, the Representative of the Board, spoke at length about the innovations and thanked the partners for their active participation in the life of the company.
«You are our record-breakers, and I thank you for travelling tens of thousands of kilometres and finding the time and opportunity to come to Belarus and visit Maryina Gorka. I think you all feel the maximum energy from what you do. You are not just conveying information about the project — you are conveying your emotions to ensure a better future for our children, for new generations», — expressed his appreciation to the delegates Alexey.
At the the Ecopark «Aquarelle» there was a presentation of the renewed SWC Smart World Community Training and Adaptation Platform for the guests from Vietnam. The winners of the Challenge were the first to see the virtual helper and friend for all learners on the Platform. They will soon be able to take part in a new online training marathon — this was revealed by Elizaveta Pyatibratova, the Platform's project manager. At the marathon, Vietnamese colleagues will receive training in sales, public speaking and leadership, and the winners will have a one-to-one consultation with the Board Representative Alexey Sukhodoyev.
The delegates also attended a special gaming training session, conducted by SWC's Head of sales, Nikolay Bulenkov: they learned about new sales tools and put them into practice by imagining themselves as roofs salespeople.
There was a test ride at the EcoTechnoPark: the partners were able to take a ride on the string transport and to experience being passengers.
«I set goals and constantly strive with my like-minded people to achieve the best possible results. We are looking forward to the launch of the passenger and freight track in Dubai, as well as the first commercial projects in the UAE. We aim to go to Sharjah with our team and take a ride on the string transport. I believe that after each such trip, the SWC community in general and in Vietnam in particular will become stronger and stronger, — said partner Minh Tuyến.
For the delegates, it was not only an educational but also an entertaining trip, which included a tour of the Unitsky farmhouse with tasting local produce, going to the bathhouse, the zoo, riding horseback and fishing. And the evening of Belarusian culture wowed all the guests from Vietnam and immersed them in local traditions. For example, the participants were introduced to folk dances and took part in competitions and games.
Among the SWC Champions Challenge winners, there were partners who had found love and got married. A couple from Vietnam, Dang Phi Cong and Trinh Thi Kim Tho , chose a tour to Belarus instead of their wedding trip. They wanted to see how the technology worked and to appreciate the potential of the string transport. As a nice bonus, the SWC team congratulated the "golden" newlyweds on their wedding day and performed a wedding ceremony for them at the Belarusian cultural evening.
«We are very proud to have received the award, to have visited the EcoTechnoPark and to have met the company's management. To achieve that, we worked very hard because we decided for ourselves that this was our mission. Thanks to the company for organising the competition programme, which showed us what we were capable of. On 25 September, we had our wedding and exactly one day later, we were invited to the Testing Park. We are grateful to the SWC team for organising this festivity for us abroad and special thanks to Anatoli Unitsky for the project in which we met and found our love to each other», — shared their impressions that married couple.
On the final day, each winner of stage 1 and 2 was awarded with badges and certificates. It was the culmination of the busy SWC Champions Challenge tour, which was rightly deserved by Vietnam's most active and successful partners. The SWC team wishes them success and looks forward to partnering with them on the next prize-winning tour to the UAE.
