Representatives of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. attended a major conference. The event was organised by Sharjah Research and Technology Park and Estonian Information and Communication Technology Cluster (Estonian ICT Cluster).
ICT Cluster is a network of companies which cooperate with each other in the field of information technology. The main purpose of the cluster is to help countries and organizations improve their efficiency through digitalization.
CEO of Sharjah Technology Park, Hussain Al Mahmoodi, delivered the opening remarks at the conference. He pointed out that the string transport contributes to the development of information technologies in city energy and mobility.
In the course of the conference, the representatives of Unitsky String Technologies, Inc. also talked to the Director General of the Estonian Information Technology and Telecommunication Association, Doris Põld. She highly appreciated the presentation of the technology and introduced her colleagues from EyeVi Technologies and Auve Tech. These companies are involved in automation in the transport sector, similar to Unitsky String Technologies, Inc.
We should note that the key speaker of the discussion «The Role of Innovation in Building Sustainable Smart Cities» was Ms Kersti Kaljulaid, former President of Estonia.
At the end of the conference, a strategic memorandum of understanding was signed between Sharjah Technology Park and the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications. In the long term, this will help to further strengthen the cooperation between the organisations.
