At the EcoTechnoPark, the guests were told about the history of the technology and shown the first model of the string transport - ZIL-131. This vehicle was tested in 2001 in the town of Ozery in the Moscow region.

Nikita Makarov and Vladimir Ershov also visited the EcoTechnoPark museum, the boarding station and the EcoHouse. The string transport was an equally interesting part of the tour.

The guests appreciated the comfortable interior of the Unicar and the Unibus and got to know about he applications of these models. For example, they are suitable for travelling from the city to the airport and back, for connecting the suburbs with the metropolis and for traversing terrain with bodies of water.

At the end of the tour, Nikita Makarov talked about his impressions of the technology:

«I am glad I got to see it with my own eyes. I believe that it will continue to develop, improve, and very soon many people will be able to use it not only on the testing ground, but also off it – in real city conditions and in intercity journeys».

After the EcoTechnoPark, the guests went to the head office of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. in Minsk where Anatoli Unitsky, General Designer and founder of the company, personally awarded the winner and wished him every success in his professional career.
