The online event «Million Hearts of SWC» took place on December 22, where the SWC team and partners gathered to summarize the results, share plans and news, as well as celebrate the New Year in a fun and friendly way. In addition to the festive program, the meeting included a drawing of 1,000,000 shares and unique prizes from the SWC team!

At the event, the guests heard greetings for the New Year from SWC ideologists: Board Representative Alexey Sukhodoev and CEO Eugene Kudryashov! The live stream took place directly from the heart of UST Inc. — the territory of uSky centre in Sharjah, UAE. The speakers presented the company's key results of 2022 and plans for the future.

For example, Eugene Kudryashov noted that more than 200 events had been organized and held in online and offline formats this year. Alexey Sukhodoev said that the company relaunched the SWC community, and it is now a working and constantly improving community-management mechanism, with more than 8,000 users.

The speakers paid special attention to the company's internal system. Thus, SWC has completed the first phase of its new organizational structure in the form of 7 large departments, numerous divisions, sectors, and sections and now has more than 100 employees. Despite the difficulties in the surrounding world  the company has been able to build up the best human resources capacity and continues to optimise and improve its communication and business processes.

After a eloquent address by community ideologists, the presenters — SWC Nigeria Ambassador Kristiaan Van Den Vyver and SWC Communications Strategy Section Leader Irina Kramarenko — carried out quizzes for partners and gave away prizes from SWC departments. And one million shares were drawn by “golden” SWC Champions Challenge winners from Vietnam, Belarus, Nigeria and Colombia, as well as Board Representative Alexey Sukhodoev and CEO Eugene Kudryashov. Five partners from Vietnam, a partner from the Czech Republic and a partner from Kyrgyzstan were the lucky owners of the shares. In total, more than 8,000 participants took part in the online broadcast.

And here's the gifts from SWC departments that were drawn:

  • media training and a website interview for the most creative comment on the introduction with the PR department;
  • advice on any question about the project from the information support department for the most unusual hobby;
  • masterclass from the sales department «Style“liefhack” in sales» for the correct answer from the quiz;
  • career advice for the best wish according to Human Resources.

At the event, the company's ambitious plans for 2023 were also announced:

  • The launch of English, French, Spanish, Vietnamese and Kyrgyz versions of the adaptation and training system, as well as a separate application which will compete in foreign markets with modern similar LMS systems;
  • Launch of SWC's «Reception Desk» project as a stand-alone IT solution to maximise connectivity with community members;
  • Creation and implementation of smart service chatbot to save time and focus on strategic decisions;
  • Strengthening the legal and professional staff to preserve SWC's reputation worldwide;
  • Expanding new required roles in the community and increasing the number of mentors, mastermind-sessions masters and other experts;
  • Transformation of work with regional curators, ambassadors, community members in higher statuses;
  • development of a global venture ecosystem, improving the performance of algorithms within all SWC technical solutions.

The SWC team thanks the partners for their participation in the general celebration and wish everyone a Happy New Year! May it bring even more opportunities for development and personal fulfillment!
